NORTHERN MARIANAS COLLEGE (NMC) RELATED PROJECTS – P/PM
CIP PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE CAPITOL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) OFFICE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR (DOI) GRANT PROPOSAL FOR THE NMC BUILDING RENOVATIONS: Provided planning, consultation, inspections and engineering related services for the preparation of the Grant Proposal for the Northern Marianas College Classrooms Repairs and Renovations, Buildings B (Science Lab), V (Proposed Classroom and Office), W and G. The proposal included the preparation of itemized scope of work required for each building, project timelines, and estimated project budget.
COMMONWEALTH PORTS AUTHORITY (CPA) RELATED PROJECTS – S/CM
Saipan International Airport Taxiway B and H Rehabilitation Project- CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: Provided full CM Services for the Construction of the Saipan International Airport Taxiway B and H Rehabilitation Project. This project was completed on time with minimal complications, cost savings, and added value to the CPA.

Commonwealth Ports Authority / Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Preparation of plans for the construction of tree snake containment system.
CMS Kannat Tabla Quarry
ENVIRONMENTAL AND PERMITTING: Conduct site inspections, research and coordination of biological surveys for the preparation of an updated EIA, Quarry Operation and Benching Plan and Quarry Reclamation Plan for permit compliance and CRM Quarry Operation Permit renewal.
Saipan Garden Resort, American Sinopan
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND PERMITTING, American Sinopan, Saipan. Conducted project coordination with design team, biologists, archaeologist, and regulatory agencies for the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment and regulatory permits for construction of the resort development. Review all documents for regulatory compliance and resolve issues. Coordinate and provide technical support for presentations and public hearings.
AC Pacific 3-Story Warehouse & Office Building and Parking Lot Extension
PRIME ENGINEER FOR THE A/E, PERMITTING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: Performed A/E design coordination for warehouse building extension, civil site development plans, erosion control and stormwater management, parking and drainage improvements, permitting and inspection, reporting, and coordination during construction.
